Keeping You Safe FAQs About

Welcome back to the North Shore’s Most Popular Indoor Water Park!

The Glenview Park District’s main priority is to offer a safe facility for our community to enjoy. We believe that Splash Landings can be open while maintaining safe physical distance among individuals. We are committed to safety and have a plan in place to allow patrons to swim safely while adhering to the guidelines set forth by Illinois Department of Public Health.

Splash Landings is open for lap swimming, warm water therapy and public swim at limited capacities. Face coverings/masks will not be required for patrons when they are swimming, but will be expected to be worn on the pool decks, in the locker rooms and when entering and exiting the Park Center.

Reservations are Required. Swimmers will be required to reserve a time block to visit the pool through the registration portal on our website. Reservations must be made in advance, there will be no “walk-up” transactions. If reservations have zero enrollment the previous night at 5 p.m., staff will close enrollment.

Residents/Members Priority Access. Glenview Park District residents, Park Center Health and Fitness Members and Aquatic Members will be able to reserve a time to visit the pool up to 3 days in advance. Nonresidents will be able to reserve a time 24 hours in advance.

Swim during a time block at Splash Landings by booking a reservation at glenviewparks.org!

Attendance will be taken at each reservation time block. Swim time and capacity is very limited. In effort to limit no shows or excessive booking without attendance, any member who does not show up for their timeslot without cancelling more than 3 times will have their membership access to Splash Landings suspended for 1 month. If membership is suspended, reservations will be charged the daily fee.

All swimmers must check in with staff and swipe in at the desk BEFORE entering the pool deck. Staff will manually check you in on a physical roster AND swipe your membership card. If the desk is unattended when you arrive, we ask that you please wait in the lobby and do not enter. This should be a brief moment as the lifeguards rotate. Staff respectfully request you to patiently wait in the lobby to be checked in. If you do not check in BEFORE your swim, staff have no record of your attendance and it will be counted as a no-show.

  • Members can now cancel their own reservation online up to 1 hour before the reservation. Click here for instructions on how to do so.
  • In light of this change, we will no longer accept cancellations over the phone, in-person or through email. Cancellations must be processed online.
  • If you want to change your timeslot, you will need to cancel it yourself and rebook a new slot. You cannot show up for a timeslot that you aren’t signed up for.
  • For nonmembers, the daily visit sales are final, nonrefundable and cannot be cancelled.

All inquiries, transfers and refund requests should be emailed to Aquatics@Glenviewparks.org

Fitness reservations do not allow access to Splash Landings. Members must book their swimming reservation separately.

Must bring your own towel. Staff will not be permitted to hand out towels.

Splash Landings reservations do not include access to the Fitness locker room. Members must use Splash Landings locker room. Do not forget a lock if you plan to use a locker.
